Well......we had a rough Easter weekend. No going to church......no extended family celebrations.....nothing. All we did was lay around and sleep, pretty much.
Steve came down with the nasty flu on Friday and it was horrible on Saturday. Finally his fever broke during the night and he spent all of Sunday recuperating, and is back to work today -- we'll see if he lasts the whole day or not.
I was achy all day yesterday, tired, and coughing and spent all day in bed. This morning I'm feeling better, just still coughing some and kinda 'stuffed up' in my head.
Nate came down with the fever last night and is still sleeping at 8:45 this morning! That's NEVER happened! So, I think he's sleeping it off.
Thus far, Bren has escaped this thing -- he, too, is still sleeping....
Sigh....what a long Easter weekend. The boys were so bummed, we'd planned to go visit Steve's cousin's family today. They have 4 children and we're only a little over an hour from them now, so we were all looking forward to it. But, now with this yucky stuff -- we'll be homebound, at least for another day. The boys are to start back to school tomorrow -- we'll see.

So sorry your plans were ruined due to the flu this past weekend!! We had the other kind of flu the week before! UGH! Congratulations on the new job! I'm so happy you will be in the atmosphere you love so much again! =) It is so awesome they are willing to let you transition into training when you are ready as well! =)
