Roofing job - Day 2

Day 2 of our roofing project is now complete. It was a long, exhausting day, but a lot was accomplished. Steve's brother, Mark, and our friends Kenny and Nate were here to help. What a blessing -- we so appreciated all that they did to help!!!
Steve and Brennan were up early and got a 'jump' on the day.

Debi had 'kitchen duty' with her helpers - Nate and our niece Madelynne. We had sloppy joes, chips, baby carrots and dip, brownies, apple crisp, ice cream, apple bread, rice krispie bars, watermelon, grapes -- yum! yum! We had fun in the kitchen together.

Here's Kenny and Mark, "getting it done"! This was the major 'push' into the dumptruck after they'd torn it all loose.

Here's Nate showing his 'muscles' for us! LOL

Here's Mark and Steve finishing up the end of day two -- all is torn off and the front has been re-sheeted with plywood. And, the back 1/2 is tar papered. Now it's time for bed -- we're all ready for some ZZZZZZZZZZZ........
