Both boys had a GREAT first day at school. Nate really liked his teacher and said she's really fun, nice, and has lots of fun ideas. Like, she does play money called "Beecham Bucks" (beecham is her last name) and the kids earn money for certain things and have to pay for certain things -- such as, they have to pay $5 per month RENT for their desk! LOL Nate's motivated by money, so this should be interesting! :-)
Brennan had a good day, as well. (After the way this morning started out, I was so glad to hear he'd had a good day.) He made a few friends and was the 'stud' because he has already been to middle school, so doing lock combinations and switching classes was a 'breeze' to him! LOL So, he helped a bunch of other kids out in figuring out their locks and such! LOL He absolutely LOVES his Spanish class! And, his science teacher seems 'cool', although I'm not quite sure what to think -- she has a small python in the room! YIKES! Brennan was thrilled with that, though! LOL
So............just wanted to update that their first day went well! YEAH! :-)
