The movie “Fireproof” is opening this weekend, September 26. For a preview and more information, visit here or click on the link above. This appears to be an excellent movie by the same producers of “Facing the Giants”. Their goal in making this movie was to be a change agent in our culture and save marriages. Marriage is one of the corner stones that God set up and it is a picture of Christ and the Church.
The movie is about a marriage in crisis and the “love dare” that the husband’s father gives to him to help his son win back his wife’s heart. Christians purchasing tickets and showing support at the opening weekend for this God- honoring film is critical to keep it in theaters.
Let’s help encourage Sherwood Baptist Church in their desire for this movie to be a change agent in our culture: go and see it this weekend, invite others to join you. The opening weekend will decide if movie will continue in the theater or not.
Our family saw the trailer online and it looks like it's going to be a great movie! We very rarely see a movie in a theater; however, we want to get behind and support this one! If any of you see it, come back and let me know what you think! :)

I haven't heard about this movie, but then again you city slickers hear about things long before we country folks do. Honestly though it does sound great, and if it ever does come around here, I will definitely put it going to see it on my to-do list.

I have been waiting fr this movie for months! I am so excited!! Lance brought a card home last week advertising it coming out this weekend....so we have plans to go see it now of course!! We own their other 2 movies...Flywheel and Facing the Giants.
Melissa, we have yet to see Flywheel! We'll have to do that sometime! :) Hope you enjoy seeing Fireproof. If we lived closer, we could do a double date! Wouldn't that be fun? ;)
