From our home to yours...little slices of our life. This amazingly faithful God-man, Jesus Christ, is pursuing every part of our hearts with his love and this is our journey of offering every part of our lives to Him. This is our testimony of His pursuit of our weak, little hearts. We long to offer our lives in total abandonment to His faithful leadership over our lives.

Excited for them, but sad for us!
Well, it's 'official' -- Steve's brother, Mark, his wife, Megan, and their four kiddos: Madelynne, Marie, Charlie, & Tommie, will be moving the end of January. They will be moving all the way down to Paducah, Kentucky. Mark was recently contacted by a hospital there and offered a great job, so they took it. We are thrilled for Mark to have the opportunity to work at the hospital of his choice, which is the hospital he was interested in back when he was still in school; however, we're so sad to know they're moving. We have loved living near them, here in Lenexa, for the past almost 5 months. We talk 1-2x week and see each other now and then, but just knowing they're close by (only 2 miles!), has been so wonderful, and they were great at helping us find everything and walking us through the transition of moving here. They're really great! It's been fun to get to spend more time with the kids, too, and watch them grow up. It'll be really sad to see them move away...

We know how you feel - it is hard to physically let go of someone you have a special connection with.We do pray this move works out for them and so glad you had this special time with them, especially during your transition.
Please give them our very best as they prepare for this move and adjust to a new location.
