A Friend Visits

My friend, Mary, from the gym in Iowa has been here visiting the last two days and it's been such a wonderful time to have her here! We've been visiting gyms and she's been invaluable at helping me find a good 'fit' for me!!! And, she's led me through some pretty intense workouts, from which I'm quite sore! LOL We've laughed a lot, too, which has been so good for me! It'll be sad to have to send her off tomorrow, back to Des Moines! :(

After all our hard workouts, tonight we went out for supper to the Cheesecake Factory -- YUM! YUM! LOL
