After a 5 1/2 hour trip, we returned home from Iowa about 2:15 am....EXHAUSTED........and Steve was back out the door at 5am, on his way to Virginia......another 16 hours on the road! Yep, you read that right.......Virginia! :( I already miss him like crazy! But, his company was having difficulty with the contractors they'd hired down there and so they called Steve and asked him and this other guy to go to Virginia for a bit to straighten things out there. Seeing as how things aren't really 'hopping' here in KC....he agreed to go. Bummer.....I miss him already and eagerly look forward to his return!
